Sancera

Terms

The terms that apply when you use Sancera.

  1. 1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are between you and the company that provides Sancera. By using the service, you accept these terms.

  2. 2. The service

Sancera delivers data from third-party institutions and providers through MCP. We do not alter the data. We may add, change or remove sources and features at any time.

  3. 3. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uptime, response times or that the service is free of errors. We may suspend or stop the service, temporarily or permanently, without notice.

  4. 4. Data accuracy

Sancera provides data from official sources as is. We do not guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, up to date or available. Each answer contains a link to the original source. Sancera does not constitute advice; you are responsible for decisions made on the basis of the data and for checking information against the source. Your AI assistant is provided by a third party and is subject to its terms.

  5. 5. Accounts, keys and licences

An account and its key are for one person. A licence, such as Pro, may not be shared between several people, including within a company. Each additional user needs their own licence or a Team seat. Keep your key secret. You are responsible for use under your key. We may revoke keys in case of abuse or sharing.

  6. 6. Acceptable use

You may not resell or redistribute data, scrape or extract data in bulk beyond your plan, or try to circumvent limits. Data stays subject to the publishing source's own terms, which Sancera shows with each answer.

  7. 7. Source terms that bind you

Some sources require that their terms bind you directly. Data from FRED® (Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis) is delivered through the FRED® API: by using Sancera you agree to be bound by the FRED® API Terms of Use (https://fred.stlouisfed.org/docs/api/terms_of_use.html). This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

  8. 8. Fees

Fees are listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time; the cancellation takes effect from the next payment period and any period already paid is not refunded. Prices are shown excluding VAT for businesses and including VAT for individuals. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

  9. 9. Liability

Sancera is not liable for indirect loss, such as loss of profit, loss of data or claims by third parties. Sancera's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the damage. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. For consumers, mandatory consumer legislation applies.

  10. 10. Personal data

    See the privacy policy.

  11. 11. Changes and termination

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time. We may terminate your access if you breach these terms.

  12. 12. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are heard in Stockholm. Consumers may use the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
